You agree to use DVS and devSpaces services in compliance with applicable laws and not to use them for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos and content (text, visuals) remain the property of BCISoft or their respective owners. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is”. BCISoft does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or results. To the extent permitted by law, BCISoft shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

BCISoft reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. The last update date is indicated at the top.
